For and by local people. That’s the whole point.
We’re a community-led organisation, run by local people, for local people, and anyone who shares our aims is welcome to join as a member.
As a Community Land Trust (CLT), we work on a one member, one vote system. That means every member has an equal say in how we grow, what we do, and how we shape the future of Runcorn’s Old Town. (If you’re joining as a group or organisation, you’ll still get one vote.)
By becoming a member, you’re not just signing up for updates — you’re helping shape what happens next. You can get involved as much or as little as you like, from sharing your ideas and skills to helping with events, social media, funding bids, or community projects.
Membership costs £1 (which buys you a share in the CLT and you can get it back if you ever decide to leave).
